Tour Payment
- First book your tour on an available date with the Booking Calendar
- Only after that pay for your chosen tour below, using PayPal (all major credit cards also accepted)
- Please use the same email address for booking and payment
- Payment will be to: Marjolein de Cleen / MforAmsterdam Tours
- Please allow 24 hours for booking approval, as I may not always be able to check payments during the daytime
- For Custom Private Tours and Corporate Outings: details, amount and payment will be agreed via e-mail

Ticket and timeslot availability determine whether a tour date can be respected.
Tickets are not included in the tour price. You can either order your own Rijksmuseum tickets online or I can book your tickets for you (see the service below).

Refund Policy
To be eligible for a refund of a Tour Payment, make sure you notify me of the cancellation in time, at least 7 days before your agreed Tour Date, through the Contact Form.
An exception can be made (at my discretion) for cancellations due to circumstances beyond your control.
Simply not showing up at the agreed Tour Date and Time means no refund.
